Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any treatment with Body Bliss by Mel.

APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATIONS 

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in you being charged a full cancellation fee.

• Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance for completing the client form prior to your consultation appointment.

PAYMENTS

• Payment in full is required 24 hours prior to your treatment.

• All treatment packages/series must be paid for, in full, before the first treatment.

• If you have paid for a package and are subsequently unable to complete the course, a refund of the difference will be offered by calculating the price of all treatments already taken from the total price of the course of treatments.

• Once a package has been paid for, the first treatment must be booked within 3 months’ from the payment date.

• Packages and Promotions expire within 6 months of purchase.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY

• In some cases, an assessment will be made whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. 

• In the event that you are contra-indicated to the treatment booked, an alternative treatment or date (within 12 months) will either be offered or a full refund for the appointment will be given.

REFUND POLICY

• If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact Body Bliss by Mel  via the Contact Me page on the website. This needs to be within 30 days of reason or fault.

• We can't offer returns or exchanges on treatment (services) rendered unless there was proven negligence.

• Where a client has had non-negligent treatment, a refund cannot be given.

• For early plan exits, the original bulk discount will become void. The client will be discounted at the current value. This will be determined by the summation of a single (pay-as-you-go) treatment cost (defined at the date of purchase) until it matches the number of treatments received.
